REQUEST FOR AVAILABILITY
You can ask availability by filling out the form.
After submitting the form you generate two mail:
- a user containing the data you have entered
- one to the structure containing booking details inserted in the request form
Locanda Le Volte, send an e-mail with details of availability.
- In case of availability the direction will send an email of acceptance with the information necessary to make the final confirmation by the customer.
- In case of unavailability, the direction will send an e-mail with the user with eventual dates.
RESERVATION REQUEST
Following confirmation of availability or directly, you can make inquiry which is the first step of drawing up a contract on-line.
You fill out the form (pre-filled in the case of confirmation of availability).
The user then receives an email confirmation / refusal of booking from the direction with legal options linked to the final confirmation by the client having sent by fax the receipt of payment in case a deposit is requested or the form signed with the card details Credit for bail.
At this point the user will receive the confirmation mail from the direction containing the voucher to print and present at the Check In and detailed driving directions.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The request for availability is not binding and does not act as a contract it ‘for the Customer’ for Locanda Le Volte.
The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Locanda Le Volte, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.
The booking confirmation of Locanda Le Volte sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.
In case a deposit is requested or credit card details, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Locanda Le Volte order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.
At which point Locanda Le Volte promises to send the client confirmation email.
All reservations must be confirmed by fax or e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the structure..
